Assistant Manager-Project

Key Responsibility Area:-

  1. Site takeover, site mobilization, drawing (GFC), Raising of bills and ensuring timely payments, bringing shortcomings of the drawings to the notice of the architect.
  2. Managing and executing the project as per contract and drawings with the help of project team.
  3. Controlling the projects so as to finish it with in stipulated time and cost.
  4. Conception which includes detailing of projects and facilities according to the recruitment and process planning layout budget, approval, execution.
  5. Look after planning and execution of interior work including partitions in wooden and metals, flooring ceiling, furniture.
  6. Co-ordination between electrical, air conditioner, productions and fire fighting.
  7. Also the material dispatch, team movement, coordinates with vendor and team for the above execution.
  8. Develop local vendor for store fit work. Get quotes and prepare all the comparatives for suppliers, contractors for the sites.
  9. CCTV- to select the most updated product from market for excellent result i.e. high definition cameras, LED cameras, night vision, stand alone DVR etc.
  10. Get the work complete for Civil, Electrical, and Carpentry:
    (Tiling, painting and finishing in given timeline Arrange Racks, Cash counter etc.at the outlet before handing over the site. Check the measurements of complete outlet with the contractor and Architect. Check on final bills and process the payment, Branding for new Retail outlet.
  11. Prepare regular periodical reports and submit to Head office.
